What personal data do we process?
Communication with us usually takes place by email and telephone, but also through your use of our contact form on our website.
HP Etch collects and process personal data when a customer relationship is established and an agreement is concluded, as well as when we administrate and fulfill agreements and the customer relationship in general. The corresponding applies in relation to our suppliers and other business partners. What are the purposes of our processing of personal data?
HP Etch process your personal data for different reasons. We process personal data in order to enter into contracts, fulfill and administrate contracts with customers, suppliers and other business partners, and also for accounting and invoicing purposes. Also, personal data is processed by us so that we can sustain contact with customers, suppliers and other business partners and handle customer service.
We also process personal data in order to develop our business, including our website, for customer and market analysis and to produce statistics. Furthermore, we process personal data to comply with applicable legislation, for examples the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
What are the legal grounds for our processing of personal data?
The legal ground for processing person data is, in relation to representatives for clients, suppliers and other business partners, based on our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contractual obligations, administrating relations with customers and other suppliers and for communication.

However legal requirements may prevent us from immediately erasing personal data. Furthermore you have the right to object to specific processing of personal data and to request that processing of personal data to be restricted. Finally, you are entitled to have personal data that you have provided us with yourself, transferred to another party responsible for data processing.

The use of log files and cookies
